The service dept is 2nd to none. I have had 2 campers repaired at Dehaan's. Both times I was completely satisfied. Kylee kept me informed of the progress, contacting the manufacture when necessary. She allowed me to come in, brain storm with technician, to make some structural changes which we both agreed would strengthen the front of the camper. If for no other reason, buy a camper from Dehann because of the service Department. It is a family owned business and they do care about their customers.

We checked out Dehaan after my father spoke with Kim about some tiny Rv's. We are familiar with the area. In the past we always purchased Rv's from another dealer however the quality is just NOT there! All the Dehaan employees are so friendly. We ended up trading in our KZ Escape for a North Trail. We have purchased two new trailers from DeHaan RV on the way to our retirement trailer, a 36 foot 5th wheel and we will continue to only see them for our RV needs for sales and service. We did see the model trailer we wanted on their lot, but since we wanted dual pane windows, our trailer was ordered from the factory. When it arrived, we were surprised that our trailer windows only had two 3” X 6-1/2” screens for the bedroom, one on each side of the bed. The bedroom exit window did not have a screen! The model with single pane windows had 8” X 8-1/2” screen openings on each side of the bed and a 16-1/4” X 25” screen window at the exit window, a huge difference. I wanted to contact the manufacturer directly to point out the defect, and after six months of chasing from department to department, I was totally exhausted and amazed at the lack of their ownership for this engineering lapse. This is where Kylee took over and relentlessly communicated to the manufacturer my frustration and need for an adequate bedroom window. It took some time, but she did get a warrantee replacement exit window with a 16-14" X 25” screen! Working with the DeHaan Service Department is easy. When my trailer needs service, they ask me when I plan to use the trailer and then they work out a schedule for me to bring it in and they have it ready as promised. This company is as good as it gets! We recently took our Coachman RV to Dehaan to have the flooring replaced and the slide serviced. Kylee heads the service department and her dedication to quality customer service and repairs is very evident. This was not an inexpensive repair, but deep down, we know that for the money, we received a quality job. We were kept informed of the progress, complete with photos, and were consulted each time Dehaan discovered an area of concern that could/should be addressed. The technician that installed our flooring and serviced our motorhome is very talented and we are very, very satisfied with the result. It is evident that he takes pride in his work. We anticipate and look forward to a worry-free 2012 camping season!

If you are looking for a small family operation that cares about you and your coach, you would be well served to make the trip to Elkhorn, Wisconsin. We are confident that they would not be satisfied with the job unless you are. We happily give them a big thumbs up!

We are very pleased with our new Leprechaun Motorhome we bought from your great family company. We had a great experience with you all. We were on a tight schedule on our trip and you all worked so hard to expedite our purchase and get us back on our way. The next day we found out we had a problem with our electrical connection between our RV and Jeep we were towing. I called and they told us to bring it in and had a techician assess the problem and found it right away and got us fixed and on the road.

Tracy's customer service and handling of our work was topnotch. The service department problem-solved a tough window repair and saw the project through until it was fixed. We appreciated their commitment to "getting it right" and doing a great job. We will drive the extra mile to go to DeHaan because they are reliable and understand great service. Kim and Dave—I want to thank you both for a great experience purchasing our Coachmen Catalina camper. I would also like to thank Aaron for patiently going through all the camper features and systems. It was a lot of information to absorb but he made it easy for a couple of rookies to understand. I phoned Dave this afternoon to see if he could help with a question about the trailer charging relay I needed for the F150. The employees at the Ford dealership I went to here at home were less than helpful. After Dave suggested I check the owner’s manual (duh!) I found the relay and was able to get the right one. Anyway, I got a lot of things squared away with the camper today, and again just wanted to pass along my thanks for making this experience an enjoyable one.

The people at DeHaan's are very nice. They are easy to talk to and they didn't mind that we had our granddaughters with us when we looked at the 5th wheel and when we picked it up. I recommend them very highly. It is also close to our house so if we do need a repair we won't have far to go. Visit DeHaan in Elkhorn, WI.

DeHaan RV is not only THE best RV dealer we have ever dealt with, but one of the best businesses in general. We saw an RV online that we were interested in so we called and spoke with Kim. We were nervous because we had a 5 hour drive to come check it out. So many times in the past we drove to check one out and it wasn't as presented online or it wasn't even for sale anymore.
Kim took the time to talk to us in detail over the phone so we would be comfortable. She was just so very kind! When we arrived, the unit was even better than we thought... and so were Kim and her husband. We felt like part of a family. Kim took time to show us every detail of the unit and gave us suggestions on best practices. Her husband came out and helped us get familiar with it as well.
When we left we were excited about our new travel trailer, but actually sad to drive home because they were just so wonderful! Even at a 5 hour drive, we will do business with them again and again. I'd recommend them to everyone I know... You wont be disappointed! Thank you DeHaan RV!!!!

What a privilege to work with Kim DeHaan when shopping for a motorhome. Kim provided professional and very personal assistance for my wife & I during our search. She was extremely helpful and gave us a very good price. We thought we had found just the right model and then unfortunately, Kim did not have in her inventory. She offered to search for that model for us and even though we told her that was not necessary she diligently pursued this and found one within two hours from us and in the same price range she quoted us. I cannot say enough of Kim's detailed attention to our needs and providing excellent customer service. We would recommend Kim to anyone in search of their recreational vehicle! Kylee in particular has been very helpful over the past couple of years with our Class B Motorhome, a 2008 Roadtrek 210 Popular that now has 100K miles. I particularly am pleased with their rehabbing of our battery drawer and our Onan generator, as well as the replacement of our fridge. With the continued attention of their excellent service technicians, I expect to have our Roadtrek looking new for another 100,000 miles or more.

Wow! What service. I had a BIG problem with my car and everyone at DeHaan RV was so helpful and friendly. I can't say enough positive things about this establishment. They ordered the part I needed immediately, got me into their shop in record time and installed a new base plate on my car so that I was back in business in no time. Don't know if this is helpful. My local dealer is a Forest River dealer but not for the Grey Wolf line. They do take care of my warranty work by getting authorization from F.R. to do the work. They are a geat bunch of folks that understand how to do business, and that everyone who comes through your door is a customer in one form or another.
It's refreshing to deal with a company that still understands what "Customer Service" really means.

We waited more than a month for another company to repair our Dometic refrigerator in our camper and they never did get the job done. DeHaan's were happy to oblige, and now we might even get camping this year! Great experience.
